Terms and Conditions for the Coin Collectors Survey Prize draw

1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to UK Residents aged 18 and over who provide their contact details after completing the survey.
2. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the Numismatic Research Market survey and submit your name and email address. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email mark@newviewmarkets.com.
4. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions or Limited companies are not allowed.
5. New View Market Services Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by NewView Market Services Ltd.
6. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 08.00am on 14.10.16. Entries received after this time period will not be eligible to enter the draw.
7. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by an independent person. The draw will take place on 1 November 2016.
8. The is no cash alternative to the prize
9. The winning prize consists of :
a. A VIP Tour for two of The Royal Mint in Llantrisant, Wales. This consists of a Tour of the Commemorative Coin and Medal Production facilities, the opportunity to meet and talk with the Design Team, the opportunity to strike a Silver Pound Coin of your own – to keep and take away – and a Tour of the Royal Mint Museum with a chance to meet the curators. Lunch will be provided on the day of the tour which starts at 9.30am, on a date to be agreed. Overnight accommodation is provided at a nearby Hotel with Bed and Breakfast included,
b. New View Market Services accepts no responsibility for any other costs (including travel and related costs) associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
10. All entrants must provide contact details (email address and telephone number) to be eligible for the winning price. The winner will be notified by email on or before November 7th 2016 that they have won. If a winner does not respond to NewView Markets to claim their prize within 14 days of being notified by NewView Markets that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and NewView Market Services shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and NewView Markets Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner.
11. Written confirmation of the prize will be sent to the winner by NewView Market Services Ltd by registered post.
12. In accordance with Rule 8.28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing, the name and county of the winner can be obtained after 18 November 2016 by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the following address: NewView Market Services Ltd, Mill End House, Mill End Road, High Wycombe HP 12 4AX
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
14. NewView Market Services retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
15. NewView Market Services Ltd shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information for the purposes outlined in paragraphs 16 and 17 below.
16. NewView Market Services Ltd may collect, retain, use and distribute your personal information, on its own behalf or on behalf of its authorised partners, for the following purposes:
a. in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry;
b. for administration purposes;
c. for research, statistical analysis and behavioural analysis; and
d. to disclose the name and county of the winner in accordance with clause 12, if required.

17. For the avoidance of doubt, NewView Market Services Ltd may disclose any personal information you supply to it to its authorised partners (who may also process this information in accordance with paragraph 16) but neither NewView Market Services Ltd nor its authorised partners shall disclose to any third party any information from which you may be personally identifiable, save for the name and county of the winner in accordance with paragraph 12 above, if applicable.
18. NewView Market Services Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. NewView Market Services further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of NewView Market Services Ltd for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
19. NewView Market Services Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of NewView Market Services Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. NewView Market Services Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
21. The Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
